missing amenities poor wifi
The housekeeping team kept the "Kingsize Broadway view" room clean throughout my stay.
I was disappointed by the lack of basic amenities in the room. There was no coffee maker. The wifi was deplorable. It was basically non-existent. I was told to go to reception where it was better, but that was not a practical solution at 1am.

subway stations bakery vouchers easy transport
The hotel location was great for seeing many attractions. i liked i was near two subway stations for easy transport. the vouchers for the bakery were handy. There were many choices.

fantastic stay!
great location quiet neighborhood attentive service
The location is amazing. Central park is so close, and two subway stations offer great access. i loved the quiet neighborhood, only two blocks from the apthorp! maria provided super attentive service and really helped us navigate everything.
The wifi wasn't great . I needed to go to the lobby for a better signal. this made it a little tricky to handle emails from my room late at night.

unreliable wifi room service
the wifi was about as reliable as a politician's promise. i had to stand near the door like i was trying to catch a signal from outer space. the room service? non-existent. if i wanted a snack, i had to go on a quest myself. it was like they expect you to forage for sustenance.

subway station accommodating staff splendid bonus
the location was fantastic near the subway station it allowed for quick access downtown. the staff were accommodating and very kind. discounted breakfast at the adjacent bakery was a splendid bonus I used each day.

an adequate experience
helpful staff breakfast cafe unreliable wifi small bathroom
the staff proved friendly and helpful. the location is near the park and a grocery store. this made getting essentials easy. the breakfast cafe had tasty food and was a nice touch.
the wifi was very unreliable. the bathroom felt quite small. i also noticed noise issues. i could hear movements from other rooms. this made getting good sleep difficult.
